A fair question for a small studio. All code lives in your own repository, we document decisions as we go, and our regular developer Gaya knows the projects. You're never dependent on one person.
You do. The code, the data and the accounts are in your name.

Not just like that. If we're about to go over the agreed time, we talk first.
Only as part of something bigger, like a customer portal. For a standalone website there are better and cheaper options, and we're happy to point you to them.
